Dr. Jewel Crockett, a native of Brusly, Louisiana has been in the practice of Internal Medicine for about 15 years, joining the Baton Rouge Clinic in 2005.
Dr. Crockett attended LSU in Baton Rouge, earning her B.S. from the University in 1992. She then completed her M.D. through the LSU School of Medicine in 1996 and performed her residency in Internal Medicine through LSU’s Earl K. Long Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident from 1999-2000. Afterwards, she was a partner at Internal Medicine Associates of Louisiana for 5 years until she joined The Baton Rouge Clinic.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana, Dr. Crockett is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society.
Enjoying family time with her husband and two children, she also finds time to enjoy reading, traveling, and cooking.
