With over 35 years of medical practice under his belt, Dr. Robert Earhart still is as vibrant and welcoming as ever. After receiving his M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1968, he stayed there for another year to finish an internship at the Medical Center of Louisiana. After a stint in the U.S. Army, Dr. Earhart performed his residency in Dermatology at the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado from 1972-75.
In 1976, Dr. Earhart became a member of the Baton Rouge Clinic family of physicians, where he improved countless patients’ lives until retiring in June of 2008. A few years passed, but then The Baton Rouge Clinic welcomed him back at a part-time position in November of 2012. He also spends time at the Family Health Center in Baton Rouge teaching Dermatology. Dr. Earhart is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana, and he is a member of the American Board of Dermatology, the Louisiana Dermatological Society, and the Capital Area Medical Society.
He resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, and they spend time enjoying everything the capital area has to offer.
